Giff

Giff was born in Michigan from breeders Valerie and Karen Potter, DVM of West Winds Kennels.  Both Giff's sire and dam were imported to the USA at 4-5 month old, the dam from Hungary and the sire from Australia.  Karen raised and trained both dam and sire in Navhda Utility and earned very good scores.  Of the 7 puppies whelped in this litter, we were fortunate to have Giff join us in the west at 8 weeks old.  Giff took to the water at an early age and pointed his first bird just hours after he got off the plane.  Griff grew up to be a handsome talented healthy bird dog.  He has a wonderful temperament and his coat scored as dense/medium harsh.  Giff finished his Grand Championship and Navhda Utility titles by 2 years old.  We look forward to hunting Giff each season and competing him in field events.
